Take your favorite 12" traditional quilt blocks, add double connectors, a cross-grid quilted border and you have a reversible lap quilt with three dimensional seams. Construct one, get two!  The coordinating valance has cross grid bobbin work using variegated blue and green floss, while the matching pillow has alternative quilting for the same block and a clever closure using rubber bands.
