ADVANCED
COTTON THEORY TRAINING:
diploma for Modules C, D, E

Cost: $900

Training Includes:
- Instruction by Betty Cotton.
- 5 days of training.
- 5 separate, hands-on modules (Modules A-E),
including 5 specialized projects.
- Classroom equipped with tables and work space, chairs, Pfaff 2144 sewing/embroidery machines, ironing boards and steam irons.
- Supplies, including all kits and accessories.
- Shopping night at the Quilt Yard in Osseo, Wisconsin.
- Meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon snacks, and beverages.
- Diploma upon successful completion of each module.
- Certfificate for those who choose to be certified.
Other:
- Each 5-day course limited to first 12 registrants.
- Lodging and travel not included in registration cost.
- Cancellation policy: All refund requests must be e-mailed to jackc@quiltyard.com by 5 p.m. Central Time at least twenty-one (21) business days prior to the event. Your fee will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations within twenty-one (21) business days of the event and no-shows at the event are nonrefundable.
- You will be advised by e-mail when you have been confirmed for enrollment in the course.
- No enrollment will be confirmed until a deposit has been received. Slots will be filled in the order in which completed applications and payments are received.

- Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (approximately 2-hour drive from airport to Osseo). Car rentals are available at the airport through Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and National.

- Airport Passenger Service, which provides shuttle service between Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Eau Claire, Wis., (715) 835-0399 or (800) 869-5796. Continuing travel service from Eau Claire to Osseo will be arranged by the Quilt Yard, Osseo.
